       away April 18, 2007 with her family by her side.par
       She is survived by her parents, Bill and Donnie Machicek;par
       children, Raleigh Grigsby, Ryan Machicek, Danielle Vines,par
       Samantha Vines and Deanna Vines; brothers, Bobby par
        Machicek, William Machicek Jr. and Kenny Machicek and par
       wife Rachel Ratliff; sister, Kimberly Rutledge and husbandpar
       Stephen Rutledge; nephews, Daniel Cutlip, Tylerpar
        Rutledge, Justin Rutledge and niece Briana Machicek.par

       Deborah you are deeply loved and will be greatly missed!par
